Victor Thomas founded the HLR in 1974 and was until recently the Chairman, having served also as Membership Secretary and Editor in his time. His hobbies include a canal boat and looking after his extensive collection of Classic cars.
Victor is the primary Registrar for the Lotus Eleven Series 1 and 2
The Eleven co-registrar is Jay Sloane who maintains records and specifications of Elevens in North America. Jay in turn is assisted by Russ Hoenig, founder of the Lotus Eleven Register (USA) in 1973.
