Longtime Lotus Elite (type 14) enthusiast David Blacklidge is the HLR registrar for the Elite Series 1 and 2. He took over as Registrar of Club Elite from Roland Long in 1997. Club Elite itself dates back to 1969. Since early 2020 David has been ably assisted by Don Christopher.
