The HLR is a not-for-profit Limited Liability Company run by a number of Office holders elected by the membership at the AGM, supported by a committee consisting of the Registrars for each model that we cover.

Membership runs for one calendar year (January to December); renewal is due on 1st January.
Anyone joining between January and September will receive all that year's issues of Historic Lotus magazine. The subscription of those joining from 1st October will run until the end of December the following year, i.e. they will have access to all membership benefits for the remainder of the year at no extra cost.
Membership is handled by Crossmember, which is a membership management system developed specifically for clubs. You may use it to join the HLR, renew your membership, and to view or update your details.
